Job summary

Penkraft Ideas Private Limited is seeking a qualified Phonics Teacher & Master Trainer to join our team in shaping phonics education. You will wear multiple hats as a teacher, trainer, facilitator, innovator, researcher and course-developer to research, design and teach our Phonics courses, trainings & workshops.

You will conduct online and offline sessions, coach teachers, assess progress, and contribute to evolving our curriculum through research and collaboration in a fast-paced startup

Qualifications

• Qualified as a Phonics teacher.
• Previous work experience teaching Phonics preferred.
• Well-versed with online teaching techniques and 'tech-savvy'.

PHONICS TEACHER & MASTER TRAINER (Female)

Job Summary

We are looking for qualified & experienced Phonics Teachers to join our team and wear multiple hats - of phonics teacher & trainer, facilitator, innovator, subject matter researcher, and course-developer to research, design and teach our existing and new Phonics courses, trainings & workshops.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Conducting 'train the trainer' (online and offline) sessions for aspiring Phonics teachers, assess them after the training, seek feedback and continue to guide & support them through solving their queries & conducting regular refresher training.
• Conducting online and offline sessions for 1-to-1 / small batch of students for the subject.
• Carry out in-depth research for new trends in the subject domain & guide the management in incrementally improving the subject syllabus.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Qualified as a Phonics teacher.
