Job summary

Penkraft Ideas Private Limited in Thane, Maharashtra, seeks ABACUS TEACHER & MASTER TRAINER (Female) to join our team as an Abacus teacher, trainer, facilitator, and course-developer responsible for designing and delivering Abacus courses, trainings and workshops. You will conduct train-the-trainer sessions, teach 1-to-1 or small groups online and offline, and research trends to improve the syllabus.

The candidate should be experienced with Abacus across levels and comfortable with online

Qualifications

• Qualified as an Abacus teacher for all levels.

ABACUS TEACHER & MASTER TRAINER (Female)

Job Summary

We are looking for qualified & experienced Abacus Teachers to join our team and wear multiple hats - of Abacus teacher & trainer, facilitator, innovator, subject matter researcher, and course-developer to research, design and teach our existing and new Abacus courses, trainings & workshops.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Conducting 'train the trainer' (online and offline) sessions for aspiring Abacus teachers, assess them after the training, seek feedback and continue to guide & support them through solving their queries & conducting regular refresher training.
• Conducting online and offline sessions for 1-to-1 / small batch of students for the subject.
• Carry out in-depth research for new trends in the subject domain & guide the management in incrementally improving the subject syllabus.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Qualified as an Abacus teacher for all levels.
• Previous work experience teaching Abacus preferred.
• Well-versed with online teaching techniques and 'tech-savvy'.
