Job summary

Thyrocare Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking a Phlebotomist for Home Collection to collect blood samples at patients' homes and perform ECGs when needed, while maintaining hygiene and timely transport to the laboratory.

Requirements include DMLT/MLT certification and a minimum of 6 months of Vacutainer blood collection experience; two-wheeler with license and willingness to travel within the assigned area are required. BSc Nursing / GNM candidates can also be considered.

Qualifications

• DMLT/MLT certification is mandatory.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in Vacutainer blood collection is required.
• Home collection experience is preferred; willingness to travel within the area.

Job Summary

Responsible for collecting blood samples using Vacutainer, performing ECG, and filling MER forms at patients' homes while maintaining high standards of hygiene, patient care, and timely transportation of samples to the laboratory

Key Responsibilities

• Visit patients’ homes for sample collection as per the assigned schedule
• Perform blood collection using Vacutainer and other sample collection procedures safely and accurately
• Conduct ECG procedures when required
• Ensure proper labeling, barcoding, and documentation of samples
• Maintain cold chain and ensure timely delivery of samples to the laboratory
• Explain test procedures and fasting requirements to patients when required

Eligibility Criteria

• DMLT / MLT certification (mandatory)
• Minimum 6 months of experience in Vacutainer blood collection (mandatory)
• Experience in home collection preferred
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license
• Willingness to travel within assigned area

(B.Sc Nursing / GNM candidates can also be considered)

Salary

Minimum guarantee of 170 samples per month/Rs.150 per collection
