Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy in Gurugram, India is seeking a PHE Design Engineer to handle water supply piping, drainage layouts, and firefighting system designs. You will size and review layouts for toilets, wash basins, and external drainage, ensuring integration with other disciplines.

You will also review material take-offs, BOQs, and water tank layouts, while guiding a team of PHE designers and draftsmen, and coordinating with architects, interior and structural teams for clash-free drawings.

Qualifications

• Experience in design of water supply piping and drainage layouts for toilets, wash basins, and associated fixtures.

Responsibilities

• 1. Design of water supply piping with sizing and review of layouts for toilets, wash basin, scrubs etc.
• 2. Design of building internal drainages piping with sizing and review of layouts for soil, waste and storm water drainages toilets, wash basin, scrubs etc.
• 3. Design of external drainages with sizing and review of layouts for soil, waste and storm water drainages.
• 4. Review and guidance for Material take off list and measurement sheet for making Plumbing & fire-fighting BOQ
• 5. Review and design of water UG tank, OHT etc. layout and sleeve layout
• 6. Design and review of layouts of firefighting internal & external hydrant and sprinkler system and fire pipe layout and sizing.
• 7. Drawing Co-ordination of with Other Services (Plumbing, Fire Fighting & Electrical), HVAC etc.) for clash free drawing with respect to false ceiling height
• 8. PHE space planning and routing design and co-ordination with Architect, Interior and structural team
• 9. Handling of PHE designers and draftsman team with review and design guidance to the team
• 10. Making of PHE DBR, Technical specifications, PHE BOQ, Technical data sheet etc.
