Job summary

Biopatrika in Delhi seeks an experienced PhD professional with 5+ years in genomics, metagenomics and molecular diagnostics to lead cutting-edge research in infectious diseases.

Candidates will work on nanopore and Illumina sequencing, WGS, targeted sequencing, and bioinformatics tools, with on-site presence and six-day work week.

Qualifications

• PhD in a relevant field with at least 5 years of post-PhD experience.
• Expertise in Nanopore, Illumina sequencing and WGS.
• Knowledge of bioinformatics tools and clinical metagenomics.

Responsibilities

• Drive molecular diagnostics projects including metagenomics and viral diagnostics.
• Collaborate with research teams to design primers and perform sequencing analyses.
