Job summary

BrightHush is seeking a Forecasting & Trend Analytics Director to join our growing team. You will lead development and maintenance of drug spend forecasting models and partner with pricing, clinical, and data teams to translate market events into quantitative financial insights.

We value extensive experience in analytics and healthcare, with strong communication skills to present findings to executives and consultants. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in analytics/forecasting or related roles with healthcare exposure.
• Ability to translate market shifts into quantitative models for leadership.
• Strong written and verbal communication for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own development, maintenance, and execution of drug spend forecasting models.
• Quantify macro-market shifts with Pricing and Clinical teams.
• Translate market events into quantitative financial outputs.
• Identify key drivers from customer trends to inform spend forecasts.
• Produce external trend reports and automate reporting processes with Data Analytics.

What you will do

• Own the development, maintenance, and execution of reputed company-looking drug spend forecasting models.
• Quantify the reputed company of macro-market shifts in collaboration with Pricing team.
• Partner with the Clinical reputed company team to translate upcoming pharmacy market events into quantitative financial models.
