Qualifications

• B.Pharm or M.Pharm with Full-Time MBA in SCM or MHA is required.
• 12+ years total experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong hospital pharmacy experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pharmacy operations across both hospitals.
• Lead and manage pharmacy teams and day-to-day operations.
• Ensure smooth availability and supply of medicines and pharmacy items.
• Manage procurement, inventory, stock levels and supply-chain processes.
• Monitor purchase planning, vendor coordination and stock movement.
• Ensure proper documentation, storage and inventory controls.
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing teams, hospital administration and other departments.
• Monitor pharmacy processes, operational efficiency and compliance requirements.
• Develop and implement standard processes for pharmacy and supply-chain management.
• Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency and inventory management.
• Prepare and review operational reports for management.
