Responsibilities

• To manage the day-to-day operations of the hospital pharmacy and ensure the safe, ensuring efficient service delivery.
• Supervise and mentor pharmacy staff, ensuring adherence to best practices in medication management.
• Monitor medication inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for stock management.
• Ensure compliance with all legal, safety, and regulatory requirements within the pharmacy.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, such as physicians and nurses, to ensure that patients receive the appropriate medication regimen.
