Job summary

Trinity Empowerment is seeking a pharmacist to dispense prescriptions and OTC meds with accuracy. You will review orders for safety, counsel patients on use and storage, and maintain precise records of prescriptions and inventory.

The role requires knowledge of medicines, drug interactions, and pharmacy practices, with strong attention to detail and teamwork. You will ensure compliance with regulations and support procurement and inventory in a busy retail/clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or Diploma in Pharmacy as applicable.
• Valid pharmacist registration/licence as required by local regulations.
• Knowledge of medicines, dosage forms, drug interactions, and pharmacy practices.

Responsibilities

• Dispense prescription and OTC medications accurately.
• Review prescriptions for drug, dosage, interactions, allergies and contraindications.
• Counsel patients on use, dosage, side effects, storage and precautions.
• Maintain records of prescriptions, controlled medicines, and inventory.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure proper storage and handling of medicines.

• Coordinate with doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals as needed.
• Follow pharmacy laws, regulations and SOPs.
• Handle customer queries professionally.
