• Order medications and manage the inventory to avoid shortages and ensure efficient supply chain management.
• Work closely with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the effective management of patient health.
• Provide input and recommendations for medication therapies based on patient conditions and health data.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care plans and treatment options.
