Qualifications

• Educate patients on medication usage, adherence, and side effects.
• Ensure adherence to Drugs & Cosmetics Act, NABH standards, and hospital policies.
• Liaise with doctors, nurses, and clinical teams to support safe medication practices.
• Maintain dispensing records, billing entries, and drug registers as per norms.
• Report adverse drug reactions and contribute to pharmacovigilance activities.
