Walgreens is seeking a Pharmacist to provide expert pharmacy consulting and patient education. You will perform immunizations, medication management, and cost-effective counseling in a retail setting.

The role requires a Doctor of Pharmacy degree or equivalent, active licensure in district states, and eligibility to become a Certified Immunizer within 90 days. A strong emphasis on patient service and team collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited educational institution.
• Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience as a pharmacist in a retail setting including prescription filling and verification, records and legal compliance, pharmacy operations, pharmacy software and technology systems and insurance.

Salary Range: Pharmacist - $60.90/hr-$82.30/hr
