Job summary

QHT Clinic in Delhi is seeking a B.Pharm / M.Pharm graduate to join our customer experience team. The role focuses on handling patient queries, providing product information, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth service experience.

You will engage via calls and WhatsApp, maintain CRM records, support sales activities, and ensure timely query resolution while upholding SOPs and patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

• B.Pharm / M.Pharm qualification is mandatory.
• Freshers can apply; relevant experience will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of medicines, pharmacy, and healthcare products.
• Comfortable working with CRM/software and basic computer applications.
