Qualifications

• 2 to 6 years of experience in hospital pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Dispense medicines accurately as per valid prescriptions and hospital protocols.
• Verify prescriptions for correct drug, dosage, quantity, and possible drug interactions.
• Provide patients with clear instructions regarding medication usage, dosage, and precautions.
• Maintain proper records of medicines issued, received, and returned.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely availability of essential medicines.
• Follow FIFO/FEFO practices and regularly monitor medicine expiry dates.
• Ensure proper storage and temperature control of medicines and vaccines.
