Job summary

Emcure is seeking an IT and systems support professional in Gujarat, India to maintain servers, manage user accounts, and troubleshoot hardware/software across the organization. The role includes ensuring GMP/GDP policy alignment and data integrity, plus handling CCTV, network, and application servers.

The incumbent will coordinate time synchronization, driver maintenance, and printer setup while ensuring smooth operation of PLC/SCADA-related systems and telecom equipment.

Responsibilities

• Support for GXP & Computerized Systems like PLC, SCADA.
• Must have Pharma GDP/GMP & Data integrity policy & practice knowledge.
• Maintaining GPS Clock List & Data time Synchronization Activity for Computer System.
• Responsible for the maintenance of Server and Computers.
• Login Id Creation, Modification, Deactivation in all application and Windows.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software errors; Install and configure software and hardware & Manage network, servers and technology tools.
• Creating Users & Roles assignment in HPLC, GC, UV.
• Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements, Manage all IT Tools & Printer Installation; Driver Installation and its Maintenance, Monitoring and Maintain Server Room.
• Manage Application server and Troubleshoot, Authoring Document like Active User List, its Schedule.
• Troubleshooting Telephone Related issues.
• Responsible for Installation and troubleshoot if any type of CCTV Camera (HD and IP)
