Escape Academy in Visakhapatnam seeks an experienced Personal Trading Mentor to train students in financial markets, trading concepts, and practical analysis. The role involves live training sessions and one-on-one guidance to professionals seeking to sharpen their trading skills.

You will cover technical analysis, price action, chart reading, and execution strategies, using tool-based learning. Fluency in Telugu and English is required, and a proactive, engaging teaching style will help

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Personal Trading Mentor who can train and guide students in financial markets, trading concepts, and practical market analysis.The ideal candidate should have strong trading knowledge, practical market experience, and the ability to simplify complex concepts for learners.

The role involves conducting training sessions, providing one-on-one guidance to working professionals, answering trading-related queries, and helping students build disciplined trading skills.Teaching or mentoring experience is an advantage but not mandatory. Candidates with strong trading expertise and excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Salary & Incentives

The trainer will receive a compensation per student as Rs 7,000 per student. 30 sessions must be taken per student.

We would prefer someone who is willing to take more students.

• Tool-Based Learning Requirement. The training program involves tool-based learning using specific trading platforms/tools.
• The candidate must be willing to learn and use the company's trading tools.
• Integrate these tools into training sessions.
• Guide students on practical usage and application.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of financial markets and trading.
• Practical trading experience in equity, derivatives, or related markets.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in telugu and english.
• Ability to explain concepts clearly to beginners and experienced learners.
• Confidence in conducting live sessions and handling student queries.
• Good analytical skills and a disciplined approach to trading.
• Must be punctual.

Preferred Requirements

• Experience as a trader, market analyst, or trading coach.
• Teaching/training experience is preferred but not required.
