• Drive CASA business, including Savings and Current Accounts.
• Sell and cross-sell banking products such as Fixed Deposits, Loans, Credit Cards, Insurance, Investments and other third-party products.
• Manage and deepen relationships with existing customers to improve engagement and product penetration.
• Identify customer financial needs and recommend suitable banking solutions.
• Meet monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
• Generate leads through the existing customer base and local market/network.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries effectively.
• Follow KYC, AML, audit, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with branch operations and other teams for smooth account opening and service delivery.
