Responsibilities

• Handle cash and non-cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Process customer requests such as deposits, withdrawals, cheque processing, demand drafts, and account servicing.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries.
• Promote and cross-sell banking products such as Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, Fixed Deposits, Insurance and Investment Products.
• Ensure operational accuracy, compliance, and adherence to bank policies.
• Deliver a positive customer experience to improve customer retention and referrals.
