Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a passionate and skilled PERN Stack Developer (PostgreSQL, Express.js, React, Node.js) who can develop, test, and deploy high-quality web applications. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience building scalable full‑stack solutions and a solid understanding of modern web architecture. You will collaborate closely with our design, QA, and project management teams to deliver dynamic and responsive applications that meet client requirements and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Development & Implementation

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure web applications using the PERN stack.
• Build reusable front‑end components and efficient server‑side APIs.
• Integrate third‑party services, RESTful APIs, and microservices into the application architecture.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers to transform wireframes into functional applications.
• Collaborate with QA teams to ensure high‑quality deliverables through testing and bug fixing.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives.

Quality & Performance

• Write clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code following best practices.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and reliability.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and technical issues.
• Stay updated with emerging trends, frameworks, and best practices in full‑stack development.
• Contribute to process improvements, technical discussions, and code reviews.

Education and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in full‑stack web development using the PERN stack (PostgreSQL, Express.js, React, Node.js).
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile/Scrum methodologies, and collaborative team workflows.
• Proven ability to build and deploy scalable, maintainable, and high‑performance web applications.
• Preferred Certifications: Full‑Stack Web Development, React Developer, or Node.js Developer certifications.

Technical Skills

• Database: PostgreSQL (strong proficiency in schema design, queries, and optimization).
• Version Control: Git, GitHub, or GitLab.
• Architecture: Understanding of microservices and API‑driven development.
• DevOps Awareness: Basic knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or related tools (preferred).

Professional and Soft Skills

• PERN Stack: Strong technical knowledge of PostgreSQL, Express.js, React, and Node.js.
• Architecture: Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and tools.
• Solution Design: Ability to review solution designs, API structures, and database schemas for scalability and performance.
