Overview

We’re looking for a versatile Full-Stack Engineer who can build, scale, and maintain modern web applications. You should be highly comfortable with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) while also being proficient with Next.js (frontend SSR/SSG) and Nest.js (backend structure). Beyond coding, you should bring strong collaboration skills, adaptability, and a solid understanding of deployment and version control best practices.

Core Technical Skills

• Frontend:
  • React.js, Next.js (SSR/SSG, API routes, optimization).
  • Strong understanding of modern JavaScript/TypeScript, ES6+, and component-driven architecture.
  • Responsive UI design, TailwindCSS/Styled Components, and integration with design systems.
• Backend:
  • Node.js with Express.js and Nest.js.
  • RESTful APIs, GraphQL (bonus).
  • Authentication & authorization (JWT, OAuth, etc.).
  • Database design & queries with MongoDB (and basic SQL familiarity a plus).
• DevOps & Deployment:
  • Git (branching, pull requests, conflict resolution, code reviews).
  • AWS basics (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, or DynamoDB).
  • CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.).
  • Docker (bonus).
• Design & Collaboration:
  • Comfortable navigating Figma for design handoff and implementation.
  • Can translate wireframes into pixel-perfect components.
