Job summary

Talpro is seeking highly experienced Oracle Cloud P2P Functional Consultants for a 3-month fixed-term contract. The role is Remote-Hybrid with Bangalore base; UK shift considerations apply. 7+ years of Oracle P2P experience and strong requirements gathering are essential.

You will lead workshops, design functional solutions, and implement Oracle Purchasing, iProc and Accounts Payable within the P2P domain, coordinating with client and team of consultants.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of analysing business requirements and detailed design documents.
• 7+ years Oracle implementation experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) domain.
• Experience with procurement, iSupplier/supplier portal and sourcing.
• Ability to gather requirements, lead workshops and design functional solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops with the client.
• Analyse and challenge existing P2P processes.
• Document processes and map flows for procurement and AP.
• Develop functional designs for Oracle P2P modules (Purchasing, iProc, AP).
• Configure and maintain instances to support testing and production.
• Support UAT, Cutover and go-live activities.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in gathering business requirements, leading workshops, designing functional solutions, and implementing Oracle modules within the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) domain.

• Act as a workstream lead and the expert on the P2P workstream
• Support the PM/architect in planning and reporting progress
• Complete assigned tasks from the plan in the time allocated to the requested quality.
• Develop and document configuration,
• Configure and maintain instances to support testing and production.
• Write and test functional designs
• Develop materials and train users
• Support UAT, Cutover and post Go-live

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience of analysing business requirements and detailed design documents
• 7+ years Oracle implementation experience
• Ability to research, learn, troubleshoot and support complex system customisations
• Experience of working effectively within a team and of displaying good communication skills.
• Organised and self-motivated
• Ability to multi-task and priorities across concurrent projects may be required.
