Dassault Systèmes in Pune, Maharashtra invites a Performance Testing Engineer to join our OUTSCALE PCS team. The role focuses on performance, load, and stress testing to ensure applications meet performance standards, collaborating with developers, QA, and stakeholders to identify bottlenecks and deliver detailed analyses.

The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of experience, a BS in Computer Science, and hands-on expertise with JMeter, LoadRunner, and Selenium.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (Preferred)/ Any.
• Looking for 2-5 Years of working experience
• Strong analytical/problem-solving/troubleshooting skills to interpret challenges in execution process and propose solutions/tools to improve upon those challenges
• Strong knowledge & proven experience of performance testing principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency with performance testing tools and UI Automation tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner, Selenium.).
• Understanding of web technologies and protocols (HTTP, HTTPS, APIs, etc.).
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment.
• Application Performance Monitoring Tools

• Create test scripts and data to simulate a range of user scenarios, and ensure realistic load testing.
• Analyze performance test results and generate detailed reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.

We are seeking a Performance Test Engineer to join OUTSCALE PCS team. The Performance Test Engineer will have a strong understanding of performance testing, load testing, and stress testing to ensure that applications meet the required performance standards. The candidate will work closely with developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to identify performance bottlenecks, review performance results and provide detailed analysis with relevant logs.
