Job summary

ApplyMint in Pune, India is seeking a hands-on performance testing specialist to drive end-to-end performance engineering across APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.

You will work with RPT, LoadRunner, and Apache JMeter to design, execute, and optimize performance tests and translate insights into actionable tuning recommendations.

A strong foundation in SQL and Linux performance metrics, plus the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with performance testing tools (RPT, LoadRunner, JMeter).
• Proven capability to establish and run Performance Engineering cycles independently.
• Solid understanding of API performance, microservices, distributed systems and high-throughput platforms.
• Strong fundamentals in SQL basics and database performance.
• Experience with Linux OS performance metrics and system-level analysis.
• Ability to interpret APM/log insights and translate into tuning recommendations.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with any one of the following performance testing tools (mandatory): IBM Rational Performance Tester (RPT) (Preferable), LoadRunner, Apache JMeter.
• Proven capability to establish and run Performance Engineering cycles independently.
• Solid understanding of API performance & microservices, distributed systems & high-throughput transaction platforms.
• Strong fundamentals in SQL basics & database performance.
• Experience with Linux OS performance metrics and system-level analysis.
• Ability to interpret APM/log insights and translate them into actionable tuning recommendations.
