Job summary

VOIS is looking for a skilled Performance Tester to join their team in Maharashtra, India. In this role, you will define and implement performance testing strategies across key telecom domains, ensuring quality and accuracy in project deliverables. Your expertise in JMeter, combined with a solid understanding of cloud platforms and performance engineering tools, will be vital in driving best practices and testing excellence.

Qualifications

About This Role

We are seeking a Performance Tester with a strong understanding of the Telecom technology stack and delivery approaches. The individual will be responsible for defining and executing performance testing strategies across Cloud, CRM, BRM, and Middleware domains. This role demands hands‑on experience with LoadRunner and a commitment to driving efficiency and continuous improvement in testing practices.

What You’ll Do

Define and implement performance test strategies and approaches across various telecom domains
Deliver testing projects efficiently while ensuring quality and accuracy of deliverables
Create dynamic scripts and scenarios, execute performance tests, and analyse results
Collaborate with stakeholders and multi‑vendor teams to communicate findings and resolve issues
Promote reusability of test assets and improve test automation levels
Follow defined metrics, practices, and tools to manage delivery effectively
Drive best practices and continuous improvement initiatives in performance testing

Who You Are

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in performance testing using Jmeter
Expertise in Jmeter and a solid understanding of the end‑to‑end Telecom domain
Familiarity with performance engineering tools such as JMeter, Dynatrace, and AppDynamics
Working knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS & OCI
Working knowledge of Unix Shell, Python scripting, SQL queries, and databases
Experience with Jira and Confluence for test management
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Methodical and quality‑focused approach to work
Ability to thrive in a multicultural and challenging environment
Fluent in English
