About This Role

We are seeking a Telecom Domain Expert with a strong background in BSS applications such as CRM, Ordering, and Provisioning, preferably with Oracle - SIEBEL products. The ideal candidate will be well‑versed in the functionality of Customer Journeys initiated from front‑end channels like CRM, Web, and Mobile applications. This role requires project working experience in cross‑functional teams, preferably in SAFe/Agile methodologies, and effective stakeholder communication skills.

What you will do

Utilise your expertise in BSS applications such as CRM, Ordering, and Provisioning, with a preference for Oracle - SIEBEL products.
Apply your knowledge of Customer Journeys initiated from front‑end channels like CRM, Web, and Mobile applications.
Work on projects within cross‑functional teams, preferably using SAFe/Agile methodologies.
Drive QA best practices and process improvements individually.
Perform API testing using SOAP and REST.

Who you are

University degree from a full‑time education programme.
Expertise in BSS applications such as CRM, Ordering, and Provisioning, preferably with Oracle - SIEBEL products.
Well‑versed in the functionality of Customer Journeys initiated from front‑end channels like CRM, Web, and Mobile applications.
Project working experience in cross‑functional teams, preferably in SAFe/Agile methodologies.
Effective stakeholder communication skills and the ability to drive QA best practices and process improvements individually.
API testing skills using SOAP and REST.
Basic SQL knowledge.
Desired: Automation skills in Selenium using Java/Python, BDD with Cucumber.
