Job summary

Quest Global is seeking a performance testing engineer to drive end-to-end performance initiatives. The role focuses on measuring and optimizing performance across applications, leveraging tools like JMeter, AppDynamics, Grafana, and AWS CloudWatch.

You will work with cross-functional teams to design tests, gather requirements, and report findings. Responsibilities include owning end-to-end testing projects, building test scripts, and analyzing results to identify bottlenecks and optimization

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with performance testing end-to-end.
• Ability to gather requirements, design tests, script development, test executions, analysis and reporting.
• Experience in monitoring and profiling using AppDynamics, Grafana and Kibana.
• Experience with AWS CloudWatch for cloud monitoring.
• Strong knowledge of client-side performance testing using Lighthouse/Sitespeed.
• Proficiency with LoadRunner and other performance testing tools.
• Programming experience in SQL and Java/Python or similar languages.
• Ability to adapt to changing technologies and tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver performance testing projects end-to-end.
• Design, implement and maintain performance test scripts and scenarios.
• Analyze results, identify bottlenecks and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance.

Work Experience

• Advanced JMeter skills (Groovy/JSR223/Web HTTP/Selenium Web Driver)
• Monitoring experience and building dashboards in AppDynamics, Grafana ,Kibana
• Experience working with AWS cloud monitoring(Cloudwatch)
• Experience on Client side performance testing using Lighthouse/Sitespeed
• In-depth knowledge in performance testing process
• Should be able to own and complete performance testing projects E2E
• Hands on experience on Requirements gathering, test design, Script development, test executions , analysis and reporting.
• Experience in Load runner
• Programming experience in SQL & Java/Python or any other programming language
• Should be able to adapt to changing technologies and tools

• Experience in creating Sitespeed scripts
• Experience in creating inhouse tools and enhancements
