Who We Seek:
We’re looking for an experienced Performance tech lead with 7+years of expertise in optimizing large-scale systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance testing, bottleneck analysis, and system optimization, with hands-on experience in Kubernetes (K8S), Kafka, MongoDB Atlas, and Elasticsearch. If you're passionate about performance tuning and solving complex technical challenges, we’d love to have you on our team.
What you’ll do:
- Design and implement performance testing strategies to optimize system performance and scalability.
- Analyze and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks across the stack, focusing on large-scale systems.
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure efficient data handling and storage.
- Work with MongoDB Atlas and Elasticsearch databases, ensuring efficient query execution.
- Manage and monitor catalogues to ensure data integrity and security.
- Conduct data analysis to provide insights and improve system performance.
- Provide recommendations for architectural improvements and performance tuning.
What you’ll bring:
- 7+ years of expertise in performance engineering for large-scale systems.
- K8s Kafka performance analysis skills
- Strong understanding of performance testing tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in analyzing system behaviour, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing optimizations.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools - Advantage.
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB Atlas and Elasticsearch - Advantage
