Dhanzo, a seed-stage fintech startup based in Gurugram, is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid growth from strategy to execution. You’ll manage campaigns across Meta, Google, Display and YouTube, and be accountable for efficient customer acquisition.

You’ll design ads with AI tools, optimize campaigns, and contribute to growth with a hands-on, owner mindset in a fast-paced in-office role in Delhi NCR.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
• Proven ability to independently manage Meta and Google end-to-end at meaningful scale.
• Experience in app-based marketing, user flows, and nurturing journeys.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end campaigns across Meta, Google Search, Display and YouTube.
• Test and iterate to reduce CPL and CPC while hitting monthly targets.
• Own CAC and ROAS as spend scales.
• Design and produce ad creatives yourself using AI tools without a design team.
• Understand platform algorithms and adjust targeting, bidding and creative accordingly.
• Apply basic SEO to support organic growth.
• Run structured A/B tests on creative, copy, landing pages and audiences.

The Role

We're hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid growth for Dhanzo from strategy through execution and creative. You'll run Meta, Google Search, Display and YouTube, and you'll be the person accountable for how efficiently we acquire customers.

What You'll Do

• Manage campaigns independently end to end across Meta, Google Search, Display and YouTube, from planning to execution to optimization, without relying on an agency
• Test and iterate constantly to bring down CPL and CPC while hitting monthly targets
• Own CAC and hit an aggressive ROAS target as spend scales
• Design and produce static and video ad creatives yourself using AI tools, without relying on a design team
• Understand how each platform's algorithm ranks and rewards ads, and adjust targeting, bidding and creative based on that.
• Apply basic SEO to support organic growth (good to have, not core to this role)
• Run structured A/B tests on creative, copy, landing pages and audiences

What We're Looking For

• 5 to 7 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, ideally with real budget ownership rather than just managing an agency
• Proven ability to independently manage Meta and Google (Search, Display, YouTube) end to end at meaningful scale, with no agency in between
• Experience in app-based marketing, user flows, and nurturing journeys.
• Solid grip on CAC, LTV, ROAS and unit economics, and the ability to explain and defend your numbers
• Comfortable using AI creative tools (Midjourney, Runway, Canva AI, etc.) to produce ad creatives yourself
• Basic working knowledge of SEO
• Prior experience in fintech or BFSI is a plus but not mandatory
• Resourceful and hands-on, comfortable figuring things out without much hand-holding
