LifeGuru Mandir Puja Seva is building a global growth engine in a remote-first setup. As the Performance Marketing Associate, you will own paid acquisition end-to-end for international markets including the US, UK, Canada, and Australia, working on Meta and Google campaigns, budgets, and ROAS targets.

This is a night shift, high-ownership role in a founding startup where you test ideas, analyze creative performance, and push for measurable results.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of performance marketing experience in online companies.
• Experience with purchase conversions and ROAS targets, not lead gen.
• Handled budgets upwards of Rs.1 Crore+ per month.

Responsibilities

• Own paid campaigns end-to-end across Meta and Google.
• Set budgets, ROAS targets, and optimize for performance.
• Segment audiences, build lookalikes, and map funnel from awareness to booking.
• Provide weekly performance reports with actionable next steps.

We've built the product. Now we need someone to own the growth engine. Our founders have a proven track record of growing Licious by 10X and Milkbasket by 100X.

Role

This is a Night Shift Role. You will be managing our Performance Marketing Mandate for International Markets like the US, UK, Canada, and Australia

You won't be boosting posts. You'll be building a performance machine. As our Performance Marketing Associate, you'll own paid acquisition end-to-end — strategy, budgets, creative analysis, bids, and most importantly, the numbers. If CAC creeps up, you'll know why before anyone asks. If a campaign underperforms, you'll have already killed it and tested something new.

What You'll Own

• Full ownership of paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, YouTube)
• Budget allocation and ROAS targets — you set them, you hit them
• Audience segmentation, lookalikes, and funnel strategy from awareness to first booking
• Weekly performance reporting with clear, actionable next steps — no vanity metrics

Who We're Looking For

• 2–-3 years of Performance marketing experience - online companies.
• Worked on Purchase Conversions ROAS. Not Lead Gen Campaigns.
• Has managed budgets upwards of Rs.1 Crore+ per month
• Expertise in Meda Ads Manager and Google Ads Panel.
• Understands creative ad-level analysis and provides Creative Analysis to the Creative Team
• Uses AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to move faster — for analysis, copy iteration, and pattern spotting — but never outsources the thinking. The insight still comes from you.
• Treats a missed ROAS target as a personal challenge, not a slide in a deck
• Self-directed enough to thrive without office structure — remote at a startup means more ownership, not less accountability
