You will collaborate with software developers, DevOps, and infrastructure teams, ensure CI/CD integration, and drive improvements to meet SLA and availability targets in dynamic environments.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in performance testing.
• Proficient in Load Runner.
• Experience designing and executing performance test plans.
• Strong collaboration with DevOps and development teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute performance testing strategies and test plans.
• Perform Load Testing, Stress Testing, Volume Testing, Spike Testing, Endurance Testing, and Scalability Testing.
• Analyze application performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements.
• Monitor server, application, database, and network performance metrics.
• Develop and maintain automated performance test scripts.
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to resolve performance issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis for performance degradation.
• Generate performance reports and present findings to stakeholders.
• Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure applications meet SLA, response time, throughput, and availability requirements.
