About the Role:

Seeking a Performance Engineer to own end-to-end performance testing, analysis, and environment automation for AppScan Enterprise (Liberty + IIS + Agents + DB + Containers).

Responsibilities

• Design & execute load, stress, soak, and scalability tests.
• Analyze results vs baselines; perform RCA & tuning (Liberty, IIS, DB).
• Maintain and automate performance lab environments; integrate runs with CI/CD.
• Collect & analyze telemetry (metrics, logs, traces) for bottleneck isolation.
• Work with Dev & Product teams to implement and verify performance fixes.

Required Skills

• 6–10 years in Performance Engineering / SRE / DevOps.
• Hands-on with JMeter, k6, Gatling.
• Strong in Liberty, IIS, SQL DB tuning & automation scripting.
• Basic CI/CD & container knowledge (Docker preferred).
