Job summary

LTM in India is seeking a senior Performance Testing lead with 5+ years of experience to drive non-functional testing across multiple applications. You will coordinate with stakeholders, develop test plans, and guide a 34-member team through end-to-end execution.

The role requires strong scripting skills and proficiency with LoadRunner, JMeter, NeoLoad, and monitoring tools such as Dynatrace/New Relic/AppDynamics. Excellent communication is essential for stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing test results, server stats and bottlenecks.
• Ability to gather requirements with stakeholders.
• Lead a team of up to 34 members.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with stakeholders to identify performance bottlenecks.
• Develop and review performance test plans and walkthroughs.
• Review scripts and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Prepare reports (WSR, MMR, QBR).
• Monitor performance across Windows and UNIX platforms.
• Understand AWR or similar reports to root cause issues.
