Job summary

LTM in Bengaluru, India, seeks an experienced Performance Testing professional to lead testing efforts for complex apps. The role focuses on performance engineering, scripting, and coordinating with stakeholders to identify bottlenecks across tiers.

Experience with LoadRunner/JMeter/NeoLoad and monitoring tools is required. AI testing exposure is a plus. You will guide a team of 3–4 members, review scripts, and deliver insightful performance reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Performance Testing with strong knowledge in Performance Engineering.
• Ability to gather requirements from stakeholders and develop a detailed test plan.
• Experience scripting and executing tests using multiple tools (LR, JMeter, NeoLoad).
• Familiarity with application monitoring tools and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and walkthrough comprehensive Performance Test Plans.
• Identify bottlenecks across tiers and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve.
• Lead a small team (3-4) and review test scripts for best practices.
• Analyze and report on performance issues, memory leaks, crashes, and hangs.

Job description

Mandatory Skills : Performance Testing-Analysis (Analysing test Results, Server Stats,Bottlenecks, tuning and recommendations)

Good to Have Skills : Jmeter, Blazemeter -Performance Testing, LoadRunner-Performance Testing, Neoload -Performance Testing, Performance Testing -Emerging Tools (K6,Gatling), Performance Testing -Execution (Baseline, Load, Endurance, Stress, Volume,Network, DR, Failover, Spike, Saas based/COTS), Performance Testing -NFR Gathering (Log Analyis, User Interview, Reverse Engineering, NFR Documentation), Performance Testing -Performance Engineering, Performance Testing -Planning (Strategy, Approach, Estimation, Workload Modeling, Risk and Issue Management)

Talents who have experience in AI testing / evaluation or AI domain will only be considered.

Key Skills Should have minimum 5 years of experience in Performance Testing and also good knowledge in Performance Engineering

Should be able to gather requirements that are required for the project or application by working with various stake holders

Should be able to develop Detail Performance Test Plan and be able to give walkthrough to stake holders

Should have good experience in scripting and execution skills using at least two performance testing tool LoadRunner / Jmeter / NeoLoad or anyother

Should have worked in at least one of the Application Monitoring Tool Dynatrace / NewRelic / Appdynamics or anyother

Coordinate with all stakeholders' teams to identify performance bottlenecks across all tiers components layers

Should be good in Oral and Written communication and also able to lead a team of 3 to 4 members

Should be able to review scripts developed by team member and have experience in following best practice

Analysis and resolution of critical and complex application issues like crashes, hung threads memory leaks etc

Should be able to prepare reports that are required with in project like WSR MMR QBR

Should have good knowledge in CICD pipeline tools like DevOps Jenkins and also in AI

Should have worked in one other Non Functional Testing apart from Performance Testing like Chaos Engineering Batch Performance Failover testing etc

Should have performance monitoring experience across Windows and UNIX platforms with OpenView Sitescope Wily or similar tools

Ability to understand and analyze AWR reports or similar report that helps to understand the root cause of the Performance Issues

Must be able to work both independently and within a group

Should have sounds knowledge in Agile process and terminologies
