Job summary

Keyloop is recruiting in Hyderabad to lead the Boost performance management programme and end-to-end Insights engagement processes. You will design frameworks, coordinate cycles, and enable managers across sites to drive a high-performance culture.

Ideal candidates will partner with HR, analyze engagement data, and deliver actionable reports to senior leadership, while developing manager capabilities and ensuring clear communication and alignment across committees.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the Boost performance management programme, including framework design, communications, manager enablement and cycle coordination
• Facilitate and support site committees, acting as a strategic partner to committee leads and ensuring committees operate with clarity and purpose
• Lead the end-to-end Insights engagement survey process, from planning and communications through to data analysis, reporting and action planning
• Analyse performance and engagement data, producing insight reports and actionable recommendations for the business
• Partner with HR Business Partners, local leadership and site committees to drive high-performance conversations and embed a highly engaged performance culture
• Design and deliver manager capability initiatives to support effective performance conversations and team engagement
• Track and report on performance and engagement metrics, presenting findings to the Global Head of TED and senior leadership
