Job summary

Keyloop is seeking a learning and development professional to design, curate and maintain learning pathways for diverse roles and functions across the organisation.

You will run open-to-all workshops, create accessible learning content, measure impact, partner with SMEs, and manage learning vendors to ensure high-quality delivery and value.

• Design, curate and maintain learning pathways for different roles, levels and functions.
• Facilitate engaging, high-quality open-to-all workshops and learning sessions.
• Design learning content and resources based on adult learning principles, ensuring accessibility and practical application.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness using appropriate methodologies and iterate based on feedback and business insight.
• Partner with subject matter experts to co-develop specialist and functional learning content.
• Manage relationships with learning vendors and platforms to ensure quality and value.

• Design,curateandmaintainlearning pathways fordifferent roles, levels and functions, ensuring relevance and currency

• Facilitate engaging, high-quality open-to-all workshops and learning sessions, adapting content for diverse global audiences

• Design learning content and resources in line with adult learning principles, ensuring accessibility,inclusionand practical application

• Evaluate learning effectiveness usingappropriate methodologies, iterating on programmes based on participant feedback and business insight

• Partner with subject matter experts across the business to co-develop specialist and functional learning content

• Manage relationships with learning vendors and platforms, ensuring quality of provision and value for money
