Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions in Pune seeks an experienced PeopleSoft Purchasing & eProcurement Functional Consultant to support enterprise procurement operations, production support, system enhancements, and Supply Chain transformation initiatives.

This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in PeopleSoft Purchasing (PO), eProcurement (ePro), Requisitions, Supplier Management, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. Job Location is Pune.

Qualifications

• Experience with PeopleSoft Purchasing and eProcurement modules.
• Strong understanding of P2P lifecycle and procurement operations.
• Experience in incident/problem management and UAT support.

Responsibilities

• Lead incident and problem management activities including root cause analysis and issue resolution.
• Support PeopleSoft Purchasing and eProcurement modules in a large-scale enterprise environment.
• Manage end-to-end Requisition and Purchase Order lifecycle processes.
• Support integrations between Purchasing, Inventory, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger.
• Resolve matching exceptions, budget check failures, receiving issues, and PO dispatch failures.
• Participate in PUM upgrades, testing activities, regression testing, and UAT support.
• Configure Business Units, Purchasing Definitions, Commitment Control, and Budget Checking.
• Develop functional specifications, process documentation, job aids, and training materials.
• Partner with business, product, and technical teams to drive operational excellence.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead incident and problem management activities, including root cause analysis and issue resolution

• Resolve matching exceptions, budget check failures, receiving issues, auto-sourcing issues, and PO dispatch failures
• Participate in PUM upgrades, testing activities, regression testing, and UAT support
• Configure Business Units, Purchasing Definitions, Commitment Control, and Budget Checking
• Develop functional specifications, process documentation, job aids, and training materials
• Partner with business, product, and technical teams to drive operational excellence

Experience & Qualification:

• 6+ years of IT Consulting, ERP Implementation, or Production Support experience
• 5+ years of Oracle PeopleSoft Purchasing & eProcurement (ePro) 9.2 experience
• Deep understanding of Supply Chain and Procurement Operations
• Experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle
• Strong experience with:
