Job summary

Alois Solutions in India is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft FSCM/HCM developer to design, build, and support integration components across ERP modules.

You will work on IB/PI interfaces, REST/SOAP APIs with OAuth, and ensure seamless data flows with WMS and regulatory integrations, while delivering production support and participating in Agile delivery.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of PeopleSoft FSCM/HCM development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, and Supply Chain modules.
• Hands-on expertise in PeopleSoft Integration Broker and EAI.
• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, SQL, and database technologies.
• Experience with WMS integrations and Customs/regulatory integrations.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and support PeopleSoft FSCM/HCM applications and integrations.
• Design, configure, and maintain PeopleSoft Integration Broker interfaces.
• Develop and consume REST/SOAP APIs, including OAuth-based authentication.
• Integrate PeopleSoft with WMS, Customs/regulatory platforms, and enterprise apps.
• Design and support enterprise integration workflows using middleware platforms.
• Troubleshoot and optimize databases across Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
• Provide production support, performance monitoring, and incident management.
• Participate in Agile development, testing, code reviews, and deployments.

Experience: 5-10 Years
Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, and Coimbatore

Note: 1 round is F2F mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
