About the role

We're hiring a People Success Intern to join our People Success team in Mumbai for a 3-month internship. You'll support HR operations from managing sensitive employee data to drafting policy documents and creating presentations. We need someone detail-oriented and creative.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintain confidential records and data accurately.
• Coordinate with external partners to resolve cases and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Draft and update policy documents and internal communications.
• Create presentations and templates (Canva/PPT) for team initiatives.
• Manage records using Excel.

Skills and Qualifications

• Any Graduation Degree (Good to have BBA/ Bcom).
• Comfortable with Canva/PPT and basic Excel.
• Strong command of English and ability to write content that is clear, professional and engaging.
• A creative mindset with an eye for design and communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with complex data
• Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly.
