Join a global People team supporting business functions and HR Business Partners across the Asia-Pacific and Japan (APJ) region. In this role, you will help translate people strategies into effective programs, consistent processes, and meaningful employee experiences. You will advise managers on performance management, analyze workforce data, and turn insights into recommendations that support business decisions. Working closely with HR leaders and cross-functional teams, you will contribute to organizational changes, talent initiatives, and recurring people programs. This opportunity combines hands-on HR operations, data-driven problem-solving, and stakeholder partnership in a dynamic, matrixed environment. It is ideal for a proactive HR professional who values confidentiality, continuous improvement, and practical solutions that help employees and organizations thrive.

Accountabilities
  • Partner with HR Business Partners supporting APJ functions to implement people programs and manage ongoing HR processes.

  • Analyze workforce data and trends, including headcount, attrition, and performance, to develop tailored reports, metrics, presentations, and actionable recommendations for HR partners and senior leaders.

  • Manage performance management cases from beginning to end, collaborating with managers to ensure fair, consistent, timely outcomes aligned with company policies.

  • Coach and guide managers through performance management processes, providing advice, documentation support, and best practices to strengthen management capability and employee experience.

  • Support HR leaders with ad hoc projects and help execute or lead business initiatives, including reorganizations and job role or level assessments.

  • Collaborate with Talent Management, IT, Employee Relations, HR Operations, Compliance, Recruiting, Compensation, and other stakeholders to align communications, programs, and processes.

  • Coordinate annual people programs and cyclical activities, including performance calibration and employee pulse surveys.

  • Identify process gaps and opportunities for improvement, helping make HR services more effective and scalable.

  • Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information, HR data, and internal projects.

  • Use AI tools thoughtfully to improve productivity and support efficient, effective HR delivery.

Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in a human resources role within a matrixed organization.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret HR data, identify trends, and communicate clear recommendations to stakeholders.

  • Data storytelling capabilities, including connecting internal workforce metrics with external benchmarks to develop actionable insights for leadership.

  • Sound judgment and decision-making skills when handling administrative processes, sensitive employee matters, and confidential information.

  • A proactive, self-directed approach, with the ability to take initiative and deliver results in a fast-paced environment where priorities may be ambiguous.

  • Strong employee focus and proactive communication skills, ensuring responsive and effective HR support.

  • Ability to coordinate with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence (COEs) supporting go-to-market and marketing functions, aligning programs with business needs while maintaining scalability.

  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to recognize opportunities to improve processes and workflows.

  • A growth mindset, willingness to learn, and commitment to developing new skills.

  • Ability to use AI tools strategically and responsibly to enhance efficiency.

  • Preferred: Experience with HR platforms such as Workday and ServiceNow.

Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation.

  • Generous paid time off.

  • Parental and wellness leave.

  • Healthcare benefits.

  • Retirement savings program.

  • Remote-first working arrangements, with occasional travel potentially required for in-person project meetings, team gatherings, or functional off-sites.

  • Opportunities to collaborate with global teams and contribute to people programs across an international organization.

  • Additional benefits may be available depending on location; specific salary ranges and detailed benefit terms are not provided in the job description.
