Job summary

Marksans Pharma Ltd. is seeking an experienced pellet coating operator in Goa to ensure quality pellet finish through precise process control. The role requires adhering to approved SOPs, BMRs, and GMP standards while maintaining safety and housekeeping protocols.

The candidate should be able to monitor critical process parameters, verify materials, and document all batch details. Shift work is required to meet production needs in a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical pellet coating operations.
• Familiarity with GMP and batch record documentation.
• Ability to monitor coating process parameters and ensure product quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate the pellet coating equipment per approved SOPs and Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).
• Verify product, batch details, raw materials and coating solution before starting operation.
• Monitor and maintain process parameters: inlet temperature, product temperature, spray rate, airflow, coating time.
• Ensure uniform coating of pellets per specifications.
• Perform equipment cleaning and line clearance as per procedures.
• Record process parameters, yield, and other details in batch records.
• Follow GMP, safety, hygiene, and housekeeping requirements.

Role & responsibilities :

• Operate the pellet coating equipment as per approved SOPs and Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).
• Verify the product, batch details, raw materials, and coating solution before starting the operation.
• Monitor and maintain prescribed process parameters, including inlet temperature, product temperature, spray rate, airflow, and coating time, as applicable.
• Ensure uniform coating of pellets as per approved process specifications.
• Perform equipment cleaning and line clearance as per approved procedures.
• Record process parameters, yield, and other required details in the relevant batch records.
• Follow GMP, safety, hygiene, and housekeeping requirements.

Preferred candidate profile ;

• 12 years of experience in pharmaceutical pellet coating operations preferred.
• Willingness to work in Shifts
