Job summary

JobItUs in Bharuch, Gujarat, invites applications for a tablet coating operator to manage Auto Coater / Conventional Coating Machines on-site. You will perform setup, startup, operation and shutdown activities, ensuring coating parameters meet spec and batch records are complete.

The role requires strict adherence to cGMP, SOPs, safety guidelines, and data integrity practices, with coordination across QA, IPQA, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to maintain quality and throughput.

Responsibilities

• Operate tablet coating machines such as Auto Coater / Conventional Coating Machines.
• Perform machine setup, startup, operation, and shutdown activities.
• Check coating parameters including spray rate.
• Check coating parameters including inlet/outlet temperature.
• Check coating parameters including pan speed.
• Check coating parameters including atomization pressure.
• Prepare coating solution as per BMR (Batch Manufacturing Record).
• Monitor coating process and ensure uniform coating quality.
• Handle loading and unloading of tablets safely.
• Maintain batch records and production documents accurately.
• Perform line clearance before and after batch activity.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP.
• Ensure compliance with SOP.
• Ensure compliance with Safety guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with Data integrity practices.
• Coordinate with QA, IPQA, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams.
• Perform cleaning of equipment and area as per SOP.
• Report machine breakdowns or process deviations to supervisors immediately.
• Minimize rejection, wastage, and downtime during operations.
