Job summary

Cipla in Goa is seeking a production operator to operate and monitor tablet coating machines in a GMP environment. The role involves following BMRs and SOPs, and ensuring coating parameters like spray rate, temperature, and pan speed meet specification.

You will perform in-process checks, maintain production records, and ensure safety, quality, and line clearance. Regular cleaning and housekeeping are required in the production area.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor tablet coating machines
• Follow Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) and SOPs
• Check coating parameters such as spray rate, inlet temperature, and pan speed
• Perform in-process checks and maintain production records
• Ensure GMP, safety and quality compliance
• Perform equipment cleaning, line clearance, and changeover activities
• Report equipment malfunctions, deviations, and quality issues to the supervisor
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the production area
