Tech Mahindra in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Pega architect/lead to guide a development team and deliver on strategic product roadmaps. You will participate in code reviews, perform requirement analysis, estimations, coding, testing, deployments and production support for Pega projects (7.2+).

Strong client-facing skills and ITSM tooling experience are required. The role demands expertise in Pega integrations, SSO (SAML/OAuth2.0), Oracle SQL, Unix shell scripting, and production issue

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 8 to 12 years of hands-on experience with end-to-end Pega implementation.
• Experience on Pega 7.2 or higher versions.
• Pega Certification as CSSA (7.2+) mandatory.
• Lead System Architect in Pega (CLSA) preferred.
• Client-facing skills with good communication.
• Experience with Oracle, Unix shell scripting, and SQL (2+ years).
• Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Remedy.
• Banking Pega projects experience desirable.
• Good team player and keen to learn new technologies.

Aufgaben

• Provide guidance on application and integration development best practices and EA standards.
• Lead a team of developers to deliver on strategic product roadmaps and participate in code reviews.
• Perform requirement analysis, estimations, coding, unit testing, deployments and production support.
• Utilize debugging tools such as Tracer, UI Inspector, PAL and Splunk for log analysis.
• Provide production support for Pega Projects (Pega Infinity 23+), coordinating with onshore teams.
• Conduct root cause analysis and fix production issues within SLA timelines.
• Perform gap analysis on Pega versions and propose implementation recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with application quality, coding, UI, and corporate standards.
• Work on Pega integrations like Connect SOAP, Connect MQ, and Connect-SQL.
• Implement Authentication SSO using SAML and OAuth2.0 in Pega.
• Work with Oracle 11g SQL scripts (DDL/DML) and write shell scripts for data migration.
• Dabble in JavaScript/Java for customization if required, and engage in Agile projects.

1. Provide guidance on application and integration development best practices, ECS,Enterprise Architecture standards, and functional design.
2. Lead a team of developers to deliver on strategic product roadmaps and participate in code reviews.
3. Strong experience on performing requirement analysis, estimations ,Coding ,unit testing ,deployments and production support.
4. Strong experience on Debugging tools like Tracer, UI inspector, PAL and Splunk log analysis.
5. Able to Provide production support for Pega Projects (Pega Infinity 23 versions and above) and work with onshore counterparts .
6. Ability to provide root cause analysis and fixing the Production Issue on agreed SLA timelines.
7. Conduct gap analysis on existing Pega versions and provide implementation recommendations and estimations.
8. Ensure compliance with application quality, coding, UI, and corporate standards.
9. Proven capabilities on Pega Integrations like connect soap ,Connect MQ and Connect -SQL.
10. Experience on implementing Authentication SSO using SAML and OAuth2.0 in Pega.
11. Ensure to work on oracle 11g SQL scripts -DDL and DML Operations.
12. Ensure to write shell scripting code for data migration work.
13. Able to work on JavaScript or Java for customization if required.
14. Must have exposure on Agile methodology projects developments.

Qualifications:

1. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 8 to 12 years of hands-on relevant experience with end-to-end Pega implementation.
3. Must have worked on Pega 7.2 or Higher version projects
4. Pega Certification as a CSSA(7.2 and above) is Mandatory
5. Lead System Architect in Pega (CLSA) is preferred.
6. Must have client facing and client interaction skills.
7. Must have worked on Oracle Data base, Unix shell scripting and SQL for at least 2 years
8. Must have worked on any ITSM tools like Service now or remedy.
9. Must have worked on Banking Pega Projects
10. Good team player and passionate to learn new technologies.
