• Experience with SWIFT messaging and banking transaction flows.
• REST and SOAP APIs integration with PEGA.
• Ability to apply AI features to improve productivity and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end PEGA solution design covering case lifecycle, data modeling, integrations, performance, and security.
• Architect and govern PEGA applications in line with LSA guardrails and enterprise standards.
• Design and implement banking integrations, including SWIFT message flows and external systems.
• Leverage AI Delivery features to accelerate development and improve solution quality.
• Collaborate with business, compliance, and integration teams to translate requirements into scalable PEGA solutions.
• Own non-functional requirements including performance, scalability, resiliency, and security.

• Strong understanding of banking dispute workflows, fraud, and investigation life cycles
  
• Experience with SWIFT messaging and banking transaction flows
  
• Integration expertise using REST and SOAP APIs, PEGA Queue Processors, Services, Connectors, and asynchronous processing
  
• Ability to apply AI features to improve productivity, quality, and decision outcomes
