Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) to drive end-to-end solution design for complex financial services projects across Pune, Chennai, and Hyderabad.

You will lead technical delivery, govern Pega architectures, and mentor teams while integrating Pega SI with external systems. Strong stakeholder management and hands-on Pega expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Pega Certified Lead System Architect (LSA)
• Strong hands-on experience in Pega Smart Investigate (SI)
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in Pega PRPC with deep expertise in Case Management, Decisioning, and Integrations (REST/SOAP, batch, MQ)
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Provide technical leadership across the full project lifecycle—from design to deployment
• Ensure best practices in Pega architecture, performance optimization, and governance
• Oversee and guide development teams, ensuring quality delivery
