• Identify, document, track, and manage defects using appropriate defect management tools.
• Collaborate with Pega developers and business teams to investigate issues and ensure timely resolution of defects.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Provide solutions to testing challenges and contribute to quality improvements across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance testing efficiency, team productivity, and software quality.
• Mentor junior testers and support their professional growth and integration within project workflows.
• Ensure testing activities align with project timelines, quality standards, and business requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills
