Job summary

Credera is seeking an experienced Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) with strong hands-on expertise in Pega Constellation to join our team in a lead role. You will architect and guide complex Pega projects, ensure scalable and secure solutions, and mentor delivery teams.

The role requires deep knowledge of PRPC, Constellation, REST/SOAP/DX API integrations, and a proven track record in design, governance, and performance tuning. Excellent communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with the Pega Platform (PRPC).
• Experience designing and implementing applications using Pega Constellation.
• Understanding of Pega architecture, case management, and workflows.
• Experience with REST, SOAP, and DX API integrations.
• Knowledge of data modeling, security, performance tuning, and solution architecture.
• Pega LSA Part 1 and Part 2 certifications mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of complex Pega applications using Pega Constellation.

• Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and resolve application performance issues.
