Job summary

Credera is seeking an experienced Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) with strong hands-on Constellation expertise to join our team. Location is Hybrid across multiple sites with immediate to 30 days notice.

The role requires LSA certification and deep knowledge of architecture, case management, and integrations. You will lead architectural decisions, guide development teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable Pega solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience with Pega Platform/PRPC is required.
• Hands-on experience with Pega Constellation is essential.
• Strong understanding of case management and Pega architecture.
• Experience integrating with external systems using DX API, REST and SOAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and design of Pega applications using Constellation.
• Define scalable, high-performance solutions aligned with requirements.
• Provide technical leadership to Pega development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and design of complex Pega applications using Pega Constellation.
• Define scalable, high-performance solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to Pega development teams.
• Design and implement case management, workflows, integrations, and data models.
• Work closely with business, product, and technical stakeholders to define the right architecture.
• Ensure adherence to Pega best practices, guardrails, performance, security, and maintainability standards.
• Review technical designs and provide guidance on development and implementation.
• Support integration with external systems using REST, SOAP, APIs and DX API.
• Troubleshoot complex technical and performance-related issues.
