Job summary

Intuition IT Solutions is seeking a senior Pega CDH architect to design and implement Next Best Action and customer engagement solutions. You will translate business needs into decisioning architectures, lead AI-driven personalization, and oversee integration with CRM and digital channels.

In this role you will provide technical leadership, set best practices, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure scalable, governance-compliant deployments of Pega CDH across enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) solutions for Next Best Action (NBA), customer engagement, and marketing decisioning.


• Lead decision strategy design using Adaptive Models, Predictive Analytics, Arbitration, and AI-driven personalization.


• Work with business stakeholders to translate customer engagement requirements into Pega solutions.


• Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and best practices for decisioning implementations.


• Integrate Pega CDH with CRM, digital channels, and enterprise applications.


• Support deployment, performance optimization, and governance activities.

Required Skills:

• Expertise in Next Best Action (NBA), Decision Strategies, and Customer Engagement.


• Knowledge of AI/ML, Predictive Analytics, and Adaptive Models.


• Experience with Pega architecture, integrations, and enterprise-scale implementations.
