Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Application Development: Design and build Pega applications, workflows, case types, and rulesets.
• Integration: Develop and configure connectors, services, and APIs to integrate Pega with external systems (ERP, HRMS, CRM, etc.).
• Customization: Implement business logic using Pega rules, decision tables, data pages, and activities.
• Deployment: Migrate applications across environments (Dev QA Prod) and ensure smooth releases.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor, troubleshoot, and fine-tune applications for scalability and efficiency.
• Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Compliance & Security: Ensure applications adhere to organizational standards, security protocols, and audit requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 3 to 15 years of experience in Pega application development.
• Certified Pega System Architect (CSA) or Senior System Architect (CSSA) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Pega PRPC concepts (case management, rulesets, data pages, activities, flows).
• Experience with integration technologies (SOAP, REST, JMS, SQL).
• Familiarity with application servers (Tomcat, WebSphere) and databases (Oracle, SQL Server).
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
